i-mate JASJAR
Well PDC day one had some pretty cool stuff, including Bill Gates' keynote and Jim Allchin demoing Office 12, but the highlight for me has to be that I got to buy an i-mate JASJAR PDA for an amazing price.
They made them available for a short while and I made it on the list... I was assuming there must be some kind of catch given the price they were selling them for, but no - I have it on and charged and surfing the PDC wireless network.
They required everyone that wanted one to register, and choose a time slot to pick it up. Most people who got one didn't get theirs yet - they're filling orders until Friday - so it's still quite a novelty here.
It's an amazing toy. I'll write more when I've had a chance to play with it some more.
