MSN “sent message” window.
MSN is trying so hard to compete with Google and Yahoo, but I think one of the clear differences between them is that at Google, the techies are calling the shots, while at MSN, it's the marketing folks calling the shots.
For example, with Google, when I type in a new email address to send a message to, and hit Send, it takes me back to my Inbox and adds the contact to my contacts (with no information but the email address; I can add more later).
MSN asks me if I want to add the contact (which is an extra step I don't like), but more importantly, crowds the page with so much crap that I can barely make out the part of the page where I'm supposed to supply input.
This is ridiculous.
