Vista Search not searching OneNote?

I don't trust Vista's search at all, but I still try it first when I'm searching for something, just to see if I get lucky.

Today, I was looking for something that exists in my OneNote notebook, and has been there for at least a year.  So I click Start, and type in the text.  Two words, one of them being my last name.

8 seconds later (!), I have a list of matches, and nothing from OneNote is included.  I checked the Indexing Options, and "Microsoft Office OneNote" is there in the "Included Locations".

I think I'm going to give up and use Google Desktop Search.  It's a shame one of the biggest features of Vista has turned out to be so unreliable.
