My first Mac OS disappointment
I had to power cycle the laptop today, because I couldn't shut down.
There were two processes that I couldn't kill. Force Quit didn't work, Command-Option-Esc window and quitting it that way didn't work.
It's always bugged me that in Windows there were unkillable processes, usually because the process was stuck inside a driver. I guess Apple has added that 'feature' to BSD. Doh.
