IntelliSense in Visual Studio is still broken.

Every single version of Visual Studio has had problems with IntelliSense, and Visual Studio 2005 is no exception.

Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t.  Every version, I’ve reported it, but because I can’t come up with an exact scenario to make it happen (it just seems to break after a while), it doesn’t get fixed.

So once again, the project I’m working on has spotty IntelliSense, and my only recourse is to complain about it here. 

Argh.

    Do you have resharper installed?
    I have experienced VS2003 intellisense not working. I always had to goto “options” to set up intellisense

    Kalpesh: IntelliSense in my VS2005 is broken as well, and has been it since I tried (and uninstalled) Resharper. What exactly am I supposed to set up in the options dialog, to get IntelliSense back on track? Unfortunately I have not myself, been able to find anything that works :(
