		<description>I am having the same problem.  I am now on the phone with Microsoft and they say that it is a licensing issue but htat&#039;s about all.  Microsoft claims that even if I have the product key but not the CD, I don&#039;t have a valid license.  I just reported this to the Microsoft piracy.</description>
