.NET Framework Source Release
Some great news: Microsoft is releasing the source for the .NET Framework, similarly to what they did with MFC.
It's a reference license only - basically you're just allowed to look at the code - but most times when you need to see the framework source it's because you just want to see how they're doing something or why something isn't working, and this is sufficient for that.
