Kalpesh: IntelliSense in my VS2005 is broken as well, and has been it since I tried (and uninstalled) Resharper. What exactly am I supposed to set up in the options dialog, to get IntelliSense back on track? Unfortunately I have not myself, been able to find anything that works :(

Do you have resharper installed?
I have experienced VS2003 intellisense not working. I always had to goto "options" to set up intellisense
