Comment Spam and Spam Filters
I read my mail through gmail (need an invite? email me), which has great spam filtering.
I receive notification of comments posted to my blog through email. The text of the comment is included in the notification.
You can see where this is going. Comment spam is being posted to my blog, and I've not been noticing it because the email notifications have been classified as spam.
Bummer.
